Justin Bieber was thinking about his leading lady, Selena Gomez, yesterday morning. The young superstar tweeted a short, but sweet message of support to Selena, who was rushed to the hospital after her appearance on The Late Showafter complaining of nausea and severe headache.
Justin tweeted, "#getwellselena," as did many of Selena's fans. Selena fans have been anxiously awaiting a hospital update and unfortunately no official comments have been made on behalf of the star at this time. However a source toldE! News that Selena is "on the mend" and is going to be "OK."
The illness did cause Selena to cancel and reschedule a concert that was scheduled for Friday night in Santa Monica, but her beau Justin's show in Saratoga will still go on as scheduled.

Last Thursday actress Selena Gomez suddenly became ill after an appearance on The Late Show and was rushed to the hospital. The Disney star, who was complaining of nausea and severe headache, was admitted to the hospital for further testing.
According to TMZ, who spoke with a source close to Selena, Justin Bieber's lady love underwent a number of test for blood pressure issues. However, doctors could not determine the cause of her illness.
Many began to speculate that the star was pregnant, which TMZ says is "totally untrue" and Us Magazine reported that she was hospitalized for "food poisoning coupled with exhaustion."
